Capacity building for Sindh Secretariat Employees

The purpose of this project is to provide IT trainings to enhance the capacity building of the existing employees of Sindh Secretariat to enhance their IT skills, because the Information, Science & Technology Department Govt. of Sindh has now initiated and deployed/executed number of project in the Province of Sindh and this aim cannot be achieved without any proper trained government staff to get the result or any success specially when we are talking and planning about the efficiency & transparency through  e-government projects. IT training is going to be mandatory requirement for the promotion and recruitment of government employees as mentioned in National IT policy. The project will also provide much-needed human resources and would contribute to the adoption of IT in the country.
